How to become a member of the Village Hall

Please note: Annual membership of The Village Hall is due for renewal as from the 1st April 2012.

MEMBERSHIP RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Category	Annual	5 Years	Life
Family	£15.00	£60.00	£150.00
Single Adult	£10.00	£40.00	£100.00
Over 65	£5.00	£20.00	£50.00

NB:

1) Family membership does not include dependants over 18;

2) Members can vote at the AGM and enjoy a free drink.

To join or renew your membership please complete an application form which is available by download (in pdf format) or from behind the bar.

Completed forms should be handed over the bar together with the correct fee or cheque made payable to Appleton Thorn Village Hall, or alternatively return the form to David Cawthray at 6, Crofton Close, Appleton Thorn, Warrington, WA4 5TA.

Membership cards can be collected from the Appleton Village Hall bar once processed.
